In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, black pepper, and hot sauce (if using).

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
