In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy.

Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the honey glaze over the salmon fillets and continue to cook, basting the fillets with the glaze, for another 2-3 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is caramelised.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
